NYC sent out a letter yesterday stating that “after consulting with public health experts about the ongoing trajectory of the virus, and with educators about the potential for continued disruption for the remainder of
the year, we have decided that New York City school and program buildings will not reopen during the 2019-2020 school year.”
We will continue to keep you informed as this situation progresses, or if this changes, but know that we are ready to continue remote instruction with your student and give whatever support we can. We will be contacting you as we roll out more tools to communicate and with you and your student and improve our ability to provide remote instruction.
